FFL Transfers & Private Firearm Transfers

 

 

Dealer (FFL) and Private Party Transfers -

 

  • Your State issued Photo ID, and the seller's State issued Photo ID for private party transfers.  ID must have your current address. 

    *Add. ID/Proof of residency options are avail.
  • Transfers are $25.00, which include the transfer fee of $14.50 for up to 4 items, plus the background check charge, that is currently $10.50. 

    *Transfers not retrieved prior to 30 days from our acquisition will accrue a $5 per day storage fee thereafter.
  • We will hold transfers for up to 30 days, after that there is a storage fee of $5 per day per item in addition to the the transfer fee and back ground charge.
  • Transfers must be legal in both Colorado and the Jurisdiction you live in.
  • By initiating a transfer through us you Accept and Agree to our Terms and Conditions.

 

Dealer (FFL) Transfers -

 

  • FFL Information incl: 
    • Dealer Name
    • Phone number
    • Email
  • Once we receive this information we will send a copy of our FFL to the Dealer you made your purchase from.

    *Please note that we only send our FFL to other FFL Dealers.
  • When we receive and check in your order we will contact you to schedule a time for you to fill out a 4473, background check, and complete your transfer.

    *We do collect the background check fee, currently $10.50, if you leave prior to your transfer being completed.
 

Private Party Transfers -

 

  • Both Parties must be present unless transfer is from out of state.
  • Out of State private party transfers must include:
    • Selling party's State issued Photo ID
    • Selling party's phone number and email address
